These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winmaya ("winmaya," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the winmaya website at winmaya.biz and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer games, and any promotional programmes (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the winmaya Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person, identity, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. winmaya reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and void any associated winnings or bonus balances upon discovery of duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmaya login credentials, including your username and password. 4.1 Permitted Payment Methods. winmaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Responsibility. You agree that all funds deposited into your winmaya account originate from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. winmaya complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may be required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of identity verification (KYC); (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) winmaya's standard fraud and compliance review process. winmaya reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.4 Processing Times. winmaya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required compliance review.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winmaya may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, as notified to the Player prior to the commencement of such charges.
5.1 Game Rules. All games available on the winmaya Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. winmaya reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where technical failures have affected the integrity of the game, or where a bet appears to be placed in bad faith.
5.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, winmaya will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and determine the fair outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned.
5.4 RTP. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are available within the game information panels. These percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by winmaya are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from the bonus balance.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. winmaya operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Such conduct may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and account suspension.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. winmaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players. Changes will not affect bonus balances already credited to Player accounts, subject to continued compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmaya Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1 Commitment. winmaya is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. winmaya strongly discourages gambling as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
10.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players within their account settings at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so directly from their account settings or by contacting winmaya support. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winmaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, delays in processing, or errors in game results subsequently corrected.
11.2 winmaya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winmaya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through winmaya's internal complaints procedure before referring the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes arising under these Terms.
